Refunds for RapidCanvas.ai services are subject to the terms outlined in your specific contract. Please refer to your service agreement for detailed information on refund eligibility and processes. RapidCanvas.ai offers subscription-based access to our platform. The specific terms of your subscription, including billing frequency and pricing, are outlined in your service agreement. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled. You can manage your subscription through your account settings or by contacting our support team.

Following the cancellation of your subscription, we will retain your data for a period of 30 days. During this time, you may request a copy of your data by contacting our support team. After the 30-day period, all your data will be permanently deleted from our systems in accordance with our data protection protocols.

RapidCanvas.ai is a cloud-based Software as a Service (SaaS) platform. Upon successful subscription activation, you will receive access to our platform via a secure login. Our service is delivered continuously through our web-based interface, with regular updates and improvements implemented automatically at no additional cost.

We provide customer support via email at support@rapidcanvas.ai. Our support team is available Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST. We strive to respond to all inquiries within 24 business hours.
