This fulfillment policy (this “Policy”) provides terms and conditions that supplement the Rapid Canvas Services Agreement (available here) or other services agreement (the “Agreement”) between RapidCanvas, Inc. (“RapidCanvas”) and you (the individual and business entity you represent (“Customer” or “you”), to address certain terms relating to online credit card payments made through our payment processor Stripe, Inc. (the “Transactions”)  Capitalized terms used but not defined in this Policy have the meanings given in the Agreement. If this Policy conflicts with the Agreement, this Policy governs only with respect to the Transactions.
BY CONDUCTING TRANSACTIONS OR OTHERWISE USING THE SERVICE, YOU AGREE TO AND ARE ABOUND BY THIS POLICY.
Refund Policy
Partial refunds for the Service are limited to only those expressly set forth in the Agreement. Please refer to the Agreement for detailed information on refund eligibility and processes. If you have questions about your refund eligibility, please contact our support team at support@rapidcanvas.ai with your account details and inquiry.
Subscription and Billing Policy
RapidCanvas.ai offers subscription-based access to our Platform. The specific terms of your subscription, including billing frequency and pricing, are outlined in the Agreement, including the applicable Order Schedule. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each Subscription Term unless either party elects not to renew or where the Order Schedule or Agreement is terminated, as provided in the Agreement. You can view your Subscription Term and other subscription details through your account settings or by contacting our support team.
Cancellation Policy 
You may not cancel your subscription prior to the expiration of your Subscription Term. Cancellation Policy will be in accordance with Terms set out in the Term and Termination Section of the Agreement.

Service Delivery
RapidCanvas.ai is a cloud-based software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform. Upon successful subscription activation, you will receive access to our Platform via a secure login. Our Service is delivered through our web-based interface, with Updates implemented automatically at no additional cost, as provided in the Agreement.

We provide customer support via email at support@rapidcanvas.ai. Our support team is available Monday through Friday (excluding holidays), 9 AM to 5 PM CST. We strive to respond to all inquiries within 24 business hours.
