Who we are looking for:


We are looking for a Director of Business Development to drive our expansion in Supply Chain
Management(SCM) and Manufacturing sectors for automotive, electronics, and pharmaceuticals
segments. This is a high-impact role for a proven sales leader who excels at landing new
enterprise accounts, disrupting legacy solutions, and driving revenue growth.
You will work closely with senior leadership, reporting directly to the VP of Industrial AI Sales,
and play a key role in shaping our business strategy. Our AI-driven platform provides a highly
customizable, scalable, and cost-efficient alternative to traditional planning tools—combining
automation with human expertise to enable real-time, data-driven decisions.


Roles and Responsibilities:


New Business Development & Sales Execution
● Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close within the SCM and Manufacturing
sectors.
● Identify and engage enterprise accounts where AI-powered planning can replace rigid,
outdated incumbents.
● Build and manage a high-value pipeline, focusing on accelerating deal velocity and
revenue growth.


Industry Expertise & Strategic Growth
● Serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise leaders, demonstrating how AI can transform
planning and decision-making.

● Collaborate with product and marketing teams to refine go-to-market messaging and
positioning.
● Work closely with leadership to shape and execute the S&OP growth strategy.


Market Leadership & Thought Influence
● Representing the company at industry events, webinars, and executive briefings,
positioning our solutions as a next-generation alternative.
● Stay ahead of market trends and competitor strategies, using insights to tailor sales
approaches.
● Help establish and scale the SCM business unit, with potential for leadership growth as
the vertical expands.
Key Skills Required:
● Proven success in enterprise software sales, particularly in AI, analytics, or planning
solutions.
● Deep knowledge of SCM, Operations, Manufacturing or related enterprise planning
functions.
● Ability to thrive as a strategic individual contributor, with potential to step into leadership
as the business grows.
● Strong executive presence, consultative sales approach, and ability to engage C-suite
decision-makers.
● Experience in fast-moving startups or scaling SaaS businesses is a plus.
