Who we are looking for
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with strong fundamentals in applied data science for a business setting and who shall enjoy evangelizing data science solutions to business stakeholders. This will be a customer facing role.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Interact directly with customers to design and develop machine learning applications and solutions based on the RapidCanvas platform
- Conduct and manage data science projects with customer’s vision of success in mind in collaboration with their data science teams
- Build a long-term trusted relationship with the customer so that the customers can be led towards success
- Understand and empathize with customers’ pain points of building AI solutions
- Solve various problems for clients, making an impact across unlimited domains and industries (Agriculture, Banking, Insurance, Finance, Health, e-commerce, Marketing, Oil & Gas etc.)
- Be the face of the company and our AI/ML expertise, directly interfacing with our partners around the globe (together with sales team)
- Understand the market horizon for innovations in data science and utilize those to solve customer problems
- Become an expert on the RapidCanvas platform and associated tools to teach, enable and support our customers in building their own applications.
- Collaborate with Data Science, Engineers, Product, to design customer’s solutions
- You will be working in a fast-paced environment alongside accomplished engineering, product and data science team members.
Key Skills Required
- 3+ years of relevant experience in solving complex data problems using Machine learning, Big Data solutions
- Experience in Machine Learning and deep learning applications (regression and classification, supervised and unsupervised learning)
- Experience in applied generative AI
- Strong mathematical background (linear algebra, calculus, probability, and statistics)
- Strong coding experience in Python.
- Experience in data mining, machine-learning and operations research
- Familiarity with AWS or GCP Machine learning platforms (Sage maker, Amazon Rekognition, Vertex, Vision, etc) would be a plus
- Customer-facing experience and excellent presentation and communication skills
- Ability to lead a project and work both individually and in a team.
- Proven experience in translating business challenges into data pipelines & model framework
- Background in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field; graduate degree in Data Science or other quantitative field is preferred
